How The Other Half Loves - May 2006
The Haifa English Theatre presents Alan Ayckbourn’s HOW THE OTHER HALF LOVES, directed by Murray Rosovsky. No one is quite who they seem to be in this farce about a series of hilarious misunderstandings between three couples.
Five exasperated spouses, three macho lovers and two not so innocent bystanders combine to give the audience one rollicking evening of good theatre!
William and Mary Featherstone (Daniel “Delbi” Feldman and Theresa Kipp) are caught up in marital triangles, and innuendos abound as Frank and Fiona Foster (David Raphael Herz and Laurie Rubin) try to cover up with their affairs with Teresa and Bob Phillips (Dana Lynnne Weil and Reuven Bar-Yotam Biryoti).
Performances are at the Beit Hagefen Cultural Center, 33 Zionism Blvd., Haifa on Thursdays 8 and 15 June at 20:30, Saturday evenings 10 and 17 June at 21:00, with a 17:30 matinee on Tuesday 13 June.
